Dangerously close to podcasting
I am dangerously close to starting a Podcast.
My children like me to tell them bedtime stories. I make them up on the spot, and my brain spills some very strange ideas. I think it might be fun to preserve some of the stories to be played back later.
Often the stories contain various levels of bizarre cravings or mutant behavior. Here is a sample from yesterday:
Once there was a little boy named Ernesto. Ernesto worked really hard around the house, and his mom gave him a dollar to take to the store and buy himself a treat. Ernesto really wanted a chocolate covered pickle. He went to the store and ordered one from Mr. Miller at the deli counter. "I am sorry Ernesto, but I don't have any chocolate covered pickles" Mr Miller said. "I will see if I can order some for you" Ernesto got some Chocolate chip ice cream, but he was pretty sad.
A few days later Ernesto's mommy gave him another dollar to take to the store. Ernesto asked Mr. Miller for a chocolate covered pickle. "I looked through all of my catalogs and I can't find anyone who sells chocolate covered pickles" Ernesto ordered some lemon Mousse instead, but he was very sad.
A few days later, Ernesto's mommy gave him a dollar to take to the store. Ernesto rode his bicycle to the store and went to order a tapioca dipped cone from Mr. Miller. "Ernesto! I figured out how to get you a chocolate covered pickle!" Mr Miller shoved a popsicle stick into a pickle, and dipped it into the the chocolate sauce. Ernesto gave him the dollar and rode his bicycle home as fast as he could. He was very happy. He jumped and danced into the house and showed his mommy the fancy treat Mr. Miller made for him.
Then he took a bite.
YUCK!!!
Anyway, most of the stories would be that bad. If not much much worse.. The other story I told last night had to do with a boy who was trying to gather enough cat hair to weave himself a warm blanket.

Be careful of something that's just what you want it to be"
Or something to that effect.
