Criminal frat guy
I find it interesting how every story mentions that this guy is a "Fraternity Member" Although there is no indication that anyone in the fraternity was co-conspiring with him.
Pretty clever crime. I wonder if the victims where actually guilty.
On a side note, I have always wanted to rig my car so that when somebody reached for my windsheild wiper, the car detected the motion and turned on the Windshield washing feature.
